Offline Mode (100% Private)

When using offline mode:

✅ All AI processing happens on your device
✅ No data is transmitted to any servers
✅ Conversations never leave your phone
✅ Complete privacy and security
✅ No internet connection required (after model download)

Online Mode (Third-Party Service)

When using online mode with Groq API:

Your messages are sent to Groq's servers for AI processing
Groq processes your messages and returns responses
Messages are not stored permanently by Groq (per their policy)
Your API key is used to authenticate requests
Subject to Groq's Privacy Policy

Groq API (Online Mode Only)

When you use online mode, your messages are processed by Groq's AI service. Please review:

Model Downloads

When downloading the offline AI model, the file is downloaded from HuggingFace's servers via HTTPS. No personal information is transmitted during the download.

👤 Your Rights & Choices

You have complete control over your data:

Delete Conversations: Delete individual chats or all conversations anytime
Switch Modes: Choose between online and offline mode at any time
Remove API Key: Delete your API key from settings whenever you want
Uninstall App: Removing the app deletes all locally stored data
Export Data: Your data is on your device; you maintain full access

👶 Children's Privacy

Dual AI Native is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through our app, please contact us immediately.

🌍 International Users

The app can be used worldwide. In offline mode, all processing is local. In online mode, data is processed by Groq's servers (check their privacy policy for data processing locations).

🔄 Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
